Sarka brings a wealth of experience rooted in White Tantric teachings, Kashmiri Shaivism, Kundalini and Hatha yoga, and traditional Thai massage. She has studied with international lineages and master teachers whose guidance continues to shape her work.

A graduate of the Sacred Mystery School, where she dedicated three years to deep inner exploration, she now focuses on inspiring others to awaken to their inner light and greatness. With this vision she founded Isvara Temple, creating a space grounded in reverence, insight, and gratitude for the human journey.

Her facilitation honours body, spirit, and the sacredness of human connection.

Amber is a Circle facilitator and meditation guide with a deep focus on somatic wellbeing and nervous system reconnection. Through holding space, she lovingly invites others into deeper relationships with themselves, their bodies and each other.

​After two decades of being immersed in her own healing and study - exploring psychology, ancient wisdom traditions, plant medicines and somatic work - Amber seeks to share everything she’s lived, explored and integrated, and do so in a trauma-informed way.

After a major life change, she has stepped into her authentic expression and seeks to bring people together in a supportive community. She also creates bespoke meditations for individuals and groups alike.

What began as intimate women’s circles in her living room quickly grew by word of mouth, leading her to host events in larger, public spaces; a testament to the safety, resonance, and heartfelt connection she brings to every gathering. 

Hari is an experienced holistic practitioner whose work weaves together Tantra, Ayurveda, Reiki, Shamanism and sound to create spaces of deep transformation.

His path began in childhood through meditation, energy work, and the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, and has since unfolded through international training in Reiki in India, advanced Tantric healing in Estonia, and Ayurvedic massage in the UK.

With decades of experience in yoga, meditation and alternative therapies, he specialises in releasing anxiety, supporting trauma healing and restoring energetic balance.

Currently completing a Master’s in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Hari bridges ancient practices with contemporary insight.

Through Ishan Sattva, his retreats and workshops invite people into safe and inclusive spaces where they can release emotional blocks, reconnect with their authentic selves and rediscover clarity. His mission is to help others heal, grow and awaken to their true potential.

Har Nal is a Master Kundalini Yoga Trainer, Magdalene channel, and lifelong empath. Her path has been guided by a deep sensitivity to the unseen, which naturally expanded into powerful healing capacities and the ability to help others uncover and release what lies hidden beneath the surface.

​With clarity and precision, Har Nal has the gift of identifying the root of limiting beliefs, unresolved traumas, or energetic imprints, bringing them gently yet directly into awareness. This deep work can feel cutting, but it is profoundly liberating, creating the space for true transformation and healing. She is devoted to uplifting and empowering individuals to step into their light.

​Har Nal’s spiritual journey has been shaped by over 25 years of study with Amrit Nam Sarovar, an International Kundalini Yoga School, and with In’Easa mabu Ishtar, an international channel and spiritual teacher. Today, she continues her mission from her home in Glastonbury, often called the Heart Chakra of the planet, where she shares trainings, ceremonies, and healing sessions.
