Founder & Lead Facilitator | Šárka Sakura
Šárka brings a depth of experience shaped by more than a decade of dedicated study and lived practice across White Tantric traditions, Kashmiri Shaivism, Kundalini and Hatha yoga, and traditional Thai massage. Her path has been informed by international lineages and respected teachers whose wisdom continues to refine and mature her work. Her training includes immersive study with the Somananda Tantra School, Alchemy of Living with Mel Harris, Har Nal Kaur, Amrit Nam Sarovar, The Ishtar Channel, and Kim Anami. She has also drawn deep inspiration from contemporary voices including Kelly Brogan MD, Irene Lyon, Elisabeth McKay, and the late Dr. Robert J. Gilbert of the Vesica Institute. Dr.Gilbert’s teachings which masterfully translate esoteric and vibrational sciences into clear, rigorous frameworks for the modern mind deeply inform Šárka’s ability to map ancient mysteries directly onto the tangible architecture of the human nervous system. Together, these influences allow her to integrate somatic intelligence, energetic structure, and radical nervous system awareness into her facilitation.
Deepening her commitment to the physical and energetic body's absolute sovereignty, Šárka is currently undertaking a three-year advanced clinical programme in Diagnostics and Mycotherapy through the prestigious MycoAkademie (developed by medicinal mushroom pioneer, MycoMedica). This rigorous curriculum bridges Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostic frameworks with the modern science of human performance and adaptogenic therapy. Moving beyond symptom management, she is training in advanced somatic diagnostics and pattern recognition to identify the root physiological and psychological causes of human imbalance. Through comprehensive biological profiling - reading subtle physical, cognitive, and stress-response cues - she utilizes the unique active compounds of vital fungi to build systemic resilience and harmonize the body's internal terrain.
A graduate of the Sacred Mystery School, where she devoted three years to profound inner exploration, Šárka’s work is rooted not in theory but in direct, lived experience. This journey became the foundation for Īśvara Temple, a living space devoted to reverence, insight, and gratitude for the human experience, where spiritual depth meets grounded integration.
Her facilitation honours the body as sacred, the psyche as intelligent, and human connection as a powerful field for awakening. She guides with clarity, warmth, and presence, inviting others to remember their inner light, reclaim their wholeness, and live from a place of embodied, biological truth.
