    Across two decades, I have built and scaled teams from early stage to international capability, launched EMEA entities and embedded governance frameworks that restore clarity, performance and margin. Whether leading regional PMOs or designing revenue enablement functions, my focus remains the same: translating ambition into structured, measurable progress.

    I bring both a corporate and founder perspective, grounded in the realities of P&L ownership and high stakes delivery.
